Gerald Khor
Managing Partner
Having been in private practice for 27 years, Gerald’s multi-disciplined career spans from commercial litigation and shipping, general corporate and family as well as corporate finance and initial public offers in a big firm. Gerald was also counsel for an infrastructural company advising on transborder local contracts and fund raising as well as a capital investment company, but the rapid growth in the property market over past decade has prompted him to focus more on conveyancing, conducing residential and commercial matters for private and corporate clients.
Wong Chung Jun
Partner
Chung Jun graduated from University of Sheffield and was admitted as Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2011. His focus and primary area of practice is real estate and property conveyance and he is well-versed in a broad range of real estate work including sale and purchase of Housing & Development Board (HDB) flats, private properties both under construction and completed projects as well as refinancing. He has acted for Central Provident Fund Board (CPF Board) and most of the local, foreign banks and financial institutions as well in banking security documentation.
